Welcome to Rees Miller Estate, a biodynamic farm and vineyard at Yea, just north of the Yarra Valley in Victoria, Australia. It is owned and managed by Sylke Rees and David Miller. Sylke manages the vineyard and David manages the winery. Together we produce four biodynamic wines - pinot noir, merlot, cabernet sauvignon and shiraz.
We are both fascinated by the challenge of combining an environmental approach to agriculture with producing great wine, and work from the concept that the best wine comes from the fusion of respect for the natural rhythmns of the land with an appreciation of the traditional processes of winemaking.
